Whether it’s an unwanted child, one with special needs, or the elderly, this book reminds us that life is valuable and worth protecting. Even though my kids are grown, I bought this book to read to my students. I wondered if my fifth graders would feel like it was too “baby-ish” for them, but they loved it and often request that I read it again! Anytime I have children in my home, I this book to them and the response is the same! The story is written in such as way that children and adults alike love reading it over and over again. And, the games in the back are fun and help drive home the important message of the story. I’d highly recommend you buy your copy today!
